About Sally Irwin:
Sally Irwin founded The Freedom Hub Survival School in 2014. It aims to rebuild lives of modern slavery survivors. In 2016, she opened two cafes, an event venue, and an ethical online shop. These ventures fund the school and create jobs for survivors. Her work is recognized by Social Traders Australia and won the NSW Business Chamber’s award.
In 2018, Inside Small Business named her a top leader. She also received the Social Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2020. With over 14 years of experience, Sally has helped many survivors rebuild their lives and regain self-worth.
